Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement: For all reservations, we require a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Policy: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, deducting a £10 administrative fee.
  • Peak Seasons (Easter, Christmas, New Year): For these periods, cancellations are refundable if made at least 28 days before the arrival date, subject to a £10 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation Window: Please note that if you cancel or modify your booking within 7 days of your arrival (or within 28 days for Easter, Christmas, and New Year reservations), your deposit will not be refunded.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your arrival date or in case of a no-show will result in the full charge of the quoted price to your card.

Cancellation Insurance: We highly recommend obtaining cancellation insurance to safeguard against unexpected changes in your plans

Confirmation Requirement: All cancellations or modifications to your booking must be communicated in writing for confirmation.

Reservations Made During Cancellation Period: If you book within 7 days (or 28 days during peak seasons) of your arrival, you will be immediately subject to the cancellation period, and no refunds will be provided.
